Alpha-Tablets are a type of immunity booster found in Pathologic. They may be obtained by trading with townsfolk, looted from houses, or bought from drug stores.
Alpha-Tablets are the earliest form of immunity tablets available to the player, as well as the least effective. When taken, health decreases by 1.5 and immunity increases by 10.
On Day 6 in the Haruspex Route, as part of the main quest "Bull's Blood", Taya Tycheek will ask the Haruspex to bring her 50 Alpha-Tablets.

- In the original 2005 release of Pathologic, the quest "Bull's Blood" falsely noted in dialogue that the required amount of Alpha-Tablets for Taya was 100. Despite what is said in the dialogue, the quest still requires 50.
