Ashen Swish is a rare herb found in Pathologic 2. It can be harvested in the Cemetery, the Cape, burned districts, or rarely when offering blood at root clusters. If the Kin are eventually returned to Shekhen, it can be obtained via trades made with Worms. It can be used to make "Zürkh" Tinctures (+) via the Alembic or sold at the Broken Heart. If combined with a Swevery, it will instead produce a "Medrel" Tincture (+).

When sold at the Broken Heart, Ashen Swish normally sells for 100 money, however it sells for 250 money as the daily special on Day 6, and 300 money on Day 9.
