Blood Twyre is a common herb found in Pathologic 2. It can be harvested throughout the Town and in the Steppe, and also by offering blood to root clusters. If the Kin are eventually returned to Shekhen, it can be obtained via trades made with Worms. It can be used to make tinctures via the Alembic or sold at the Broken Heart.
When sold at the Broken Heart, Blood Twyre normally sells for 50 money, however it sells for 150 money as the daily special. Blood Twyre is the pub's daily special on Day 3 and Day 10.

Bloody Twyre can be picked by the Haruspex and the Changeling. The Haruspex can also trade for Bloody Twyre from Worms in exchange for organs, food, and blood.
