Burakh Phial is a quest item found in Pathologic. It may be obtained from the Haruspex during the Bachelor Route on Day 8, as part of the side quest "The Mysterious Sample".
When entering the Termitary, the Bachelor can find the Haruspex on the first floor at the end of a series of rooms. The Haruspex will give him the Burakh Phial and asks the Bachelor to analyze it. After doing so, the Haruspex will provide the Bachelor with a bottle of Panacea.
