Button is an item in Pathologic 2. Buttons can be looted from containers and bodies, and traded with Chickadees, Teensies, and Tots. A Button is needed for the fourth and final workshop upgrade made to the Haruspex's inventory in his Lair. While navigating the Abattoir on Day 9, if the Haruspex does an autopsy on any of the Worms, their bodies will occasionally produce buttons instead of organs.
