Capella's Necklace is a quest item found in Pathologic during the Bachelor's Route. It is obtained by the Bachelor on Day 11 from Capella as part of the side quest "Getting Ready for the Coronation".

As part of becoming a Mistress, Maria Kaina requires tokens from the other future Mistresses of the Town that show they accept her as a Mistress. The Bachelor is asked to retrieve these tokens for her. One of the tokens he must obtain is Capella's Necklace.
