Crowbar is an item in Pathologic. It is lootable from Looters in post-infected district houses. It is tradable with Patrolmen.
On Day 4 in the Bachelor route, Victor Kain will tell him there are rumours that previously infected districts are now clean, and requests the Bachelor to investigate. The Bachelor brings him a Crowbar as proof that the rumours and the source of said rumours was correct.
On Day 4 in the Haruspex route, Notkin asks the player to kill four Looters and to retrieve their crowbars to him. In exchange, the player will recieve 2 revolver bullets, 5 shells and 10 rifle ammo.
