Etorphine is a type of painkiller in Pathologic. It can be obtained by purchasing from Pharmacies. The Bachelor offers it as part of four possible quest rewards on Day 3 of the Haruspex Route.
Upon immediate ingestion, health increases by 35 and exhaustion increases by 35. Each hour of sleep increases health by 30 points and exhaustion decreases by 40.
Due to the increase in fatigue and health-restoring capabilities, it is most effective for players to sleep immediately after taking painkillers.
