Fishing Hooks are an item in Pathologic 2. They can be acquired by looting containers, from opening packages and can be used to barter with Finches, Pochards, and Siskins, as well as to the Dead Item Shop. Two Fishing Hooks are also needed to repair Army Boots between 25-50% durability.

- When bartering, fishing hooks are worth 2 from Pochards, 2 to Siskins and 3 to Finches. They are also worth 2 to the Dead Item Shop.
