Home Key is an item that was removed from the full release of Pathologic 2. It was originally intended to be an item in the player's inventory that would be used to unlock Isidor Burakh's House. It has since been removed and the player now enters Isidor Burakh's House in different ways depending on the events of the story.
This item is not accessible through normal gameplay.
