Lancet is a melee weapon in Pathologic 2 that can also be used during autopsy. It can be bought from Pharmacies as of Day 4, sold to all stores, and traded to Dandy in the Soul-and-a-Half Fortress.
Of all the surgical tools, the Lancet has the highest autopsy success rate and durability, however the Menkhu's Finger deals the most raw damage.
