The Leash is a quest item in Pathologic 2.

It is obtained from Notkin on Day 1 of the Haruspex's route, to be given to Lika in order to send him back to the Soul-and-a-Halves so he may be put on trial. If this is done, Notkin will give the Haruspex a new one as a sign of trust. If the Haruspex does not give Lika the Leash, Notkin will still allow him to keep the original one.

During Act 3 (Which starts on Day 4), a leash can be traded to a Doghead named Maera in the Nutshell in exchange for a Shmowder.

The Leash can otherwise be traded to Dandy.
