Menkhu's Finger is a melee weapon in Pathologic 2 that can also be used during autopsy. It is the rarest scalpel in the game, as there are only two available. One can be obtained during the Ragi Barrow sacrifice on Day 5, and another in the Abattoir, which becomes available to the Haruspex on Day 9. It can be sold to all stores and traded to Dandy in the Soul-and-a-Half Fortress

Of all the surgical tools, the Menkhu's Finger deals the most raw damage, however the Lancet has the highest autopsy success rate and durability.

• Menkhu Fingers take up 2x1 inventory slots. They do not stack.
• Despite it's description, Menkhu's Finger isn't best scalpel aviable. It's outclassed by Lancet as Autopsy tool, both in durability consumption and chance of success.
