Novocaine is a type of painkiller in Pathologic. It can be obtained by purchasing from Pharmacies.
Upon immediate ingestion, health increases by 10 and exhaustion increases by 10. Each hour of sleep increases health by 13 points and exhaustion decreases by 25.
Due to the increase in fatigue and health-restoring capabilities, it is most effective for players to sleep immediately after taking painkillers.
