This entry includes information regarding both Pathologic (2005) and Pathologic 2 (2019).

Come now, you haven't given us any time to change the set!

This entry contains potential spoilers for Pathologic 2. Read at your own risk.

The listed items are different types of miscellaneous items found throughout Pathologic 2 that are used in quests.

Item Hover & Touch Use
BoatToken
Spindle
CandleStub
Abattoir Items
[Hover quotes vary]

This system isn't symmetrical. It's not just "Nerves, Bones, Skin." Or "Nerves, Bones, Flesh." Or "Spirit, Hair, Blood." Any triad is correct. Truth is not a set point, but an intersection and confluence of many small truths. Knowing this, I can match and connect anything.

Three items collected while inside the Abattoir. When combined, they form a heart titled Zurkhen's Small Chamber, which can be spoken to.
Baby
Baby
[Hover quotes vary]

It's hard to tell under all the covers, but it's a living baby. It should be brought to the Town Hall.
It feels strange to carry a baby like an item, but now isn't the time to be sentimental.

Up to two babies can be rescued during Act 3. They can be brought to the Town Hall for a monetary reward.
Blood
Bull Blood
Useless for crafting. Show this to Dankovsky?

Bulls don't get sand pest. Why? Although, to be honest, I care much less about the why then about the how. How can I use it, if at all? A puzzle that can only be solved with a microscope.

Obtainable from the Ragi Barrow on the evening of Day 5 until the morning of Day 6. Must be given to the Bachelor.
Key
Key With No Lock
It's a secret. It has "F." scratched on it.

Small. It's a key to a box or a drawer, not a door. It reflects light at odd angles.

Given by Grace on behalf of the deceased Peter Stamatin, to give to Andrey Stamatin.
Leash
Leash
Made of sturdy leather. Whoever gets leashed by it, won't get away. Kids value it.

All Soul-and-a-Halves have a leash. I think they represent humility towards their four-legged Halves. Is this one Lika's? Or is it trickier than that?

Obtained from Notkin for a quest on Day 1 of the Haruspex's route. Can be given to Lika to send him back to the Soul-and-a-Halves to be put on trial. Can also be traded for Shmowder with a Doghead named Maera in the Nutshell.
Blood
Living Blood
This flask is heavy like a rock. This is special blood. What can it be used for?

Any trickle of blood seeps from Olonngo. This is the blood I was looking for. One vial is enough to seriously invigorate myself or brew someone salvation.

Living Blood is required to create Panacea. Up to five can be acquired from the Abattoir on Day 9, and two more can be found in the Ear of Shekhen on Day 6provided the Haruspex has witnessed the Termitary Dream.
Note
List
A list of names. The handwriting is clearly father's. I need to unfold this to read.

1. Sticky, 2. Capella, 3. Murky, 4. Notkin, 5. Khan, 6. Grace, 7. Taya Tycheek, 8. Udurgh

Obtained from Aspity for a quest on Day 2 of the Haruspex's route.
Note
Notes
[...] I'll have to touch this to read it. See the Notes page for details about specific notes left in game.
Note
Pass
This paper should be enough for guards to let me near my own house.

A pass, signed and stamped by Saburov.

Given by Alexander Saburov if the Haruspex does not return to his father's home before 20:00 on Day 2.
Key
Rusty Key
And a note. Signed "V.O". To read it, I need to touch it.

For touch details, see Rusty Key.

Obtainable from a box in Isidor's house for on Day 2 of the Haruspex's route. Used to gain access to the Haruspex's Lair.

Birdies, birdies... gather ye here, round the marble nest...

This entry contains potential spoilers for Pathologic 2: The Marble Nest. Read at your own risk.

The listed items are different types of miscellaneous items found throughout Pathologic: The Marble Nest that are used in quests.

Item Hover & Touch Use
Heart
Heart
A warm heart that went out to people. Literally.

In the steppe lore, the center of mind and knowledge is the liver, while the center of feeling and emotion is the lower guts. They view the heart as a less crucial and rather mechanical organ that simply pumps life around, oddly arriving at a consensus with science-based medicine.

Can be given to the Tragedian's by the Cathedral in exchange for Cothurni.
Key
Key
It's cold.

The light reflects from it at odd angles, making one unable to discern the size of this key.

Used to open a door in the Bachelor's dream.

This entry refers to content from the original Pathologic (2005) and the Pathologic Classic HD remaster. It has nothing to do with the sequel.

The listed items are different types of miscellaneous items found throughout Pathologic that are used in quests. These items will appear in the fifth tab of the player’s inventory, under "Other".

Abattoir Blood
A vessel with precious contents. Almost hot to the touch. The blood inside flows slowly and seems to be viscous and transparent, reminiscent of the rare twyre sap.
Blueprints
Andrey Stamatin's Blueprints

Anna's Blood
Anna Angel's blood test.
Bloodtest
Aspity's Blood
Aspity's blood test.

The Burakhs Key
A heavy old key with small seal stamped into its shaft. A sign of legacy, of inheritance. It does not look like a door key. It probably unlocks a chest or a heavy case.

Cell Key
This key was taken from one of the patrolmen guarding the imprisoned Ripper.
Bloodtest
Clara's Blood

Corpse Blood
This blood must be analyzed, although the current conditions make any thorough analysis impossible. There's a high chance that it contains a sample of the harmful microorganism.
Bloodtest
Dead Tissue
This is blood and tissue of a person who died of the Sand Plague. Procuring this sample took a lot of work. Illegal dissection of dead bodies may result in an accusation of sacrilege, leading to exile at best and more commonly to lynching.

Diary
Letters to Nina
Bound pieces of paper with three different handwritings. Maria's nervous hand, a steady male hand with lines that end abruptly, characteristic of the Kains, and hysteric scribbles, unfinished sentences and words, all written with the same ink. They are like screams from the other side.
Diseasedheart
Living Heart
The heart of a person infected with the Sand Plague.
Murkystoy
Murky's Toy
A remarkably ugly specimen. With pets like this, no wonder the girl is growing up gloomy and aloof.
Blueprints
Peter Stamatin's Blueprints
Blueprints of the Polyhedron lined with tracing paper and containing a detailed description of the structure. Also contains faded written copies of various treatises on optics, some in foreign languages. Gives the impression of a standalone monument of human thought.
Prosectoriumblood
Prosectorium Blood
The blood that Stakh Rubin had been working on for the past four days. It has an unnaturally vivid crimson colour and seems to glow with some inner light. Could such blood really flow inside a human body?

Unlikely to be usable for all warehouses. Most probably it will only open the warehouse where its unfortunate previous owner used to work.
