Silent House Key is a quest item found in Pathologic that may be obtained during the Bachelor Route.
On Day 2, the Bachelor must find and present evidence of the Plague to Alexander Saburov for the main quest "The Conflict". One option for completing this quest is to go to Isidor Burakh's House and speak to the infected woman inside. She will give Bachelor the Silent House Key, which he can then present to Saburov.
