Soggy Sack is a quest item found in Pathologic. It is obtained during the Changeling's Route.
On Day 4, for the main quest "Robbers and Cutthroats", the Changeling will be sent to investigate Bad Grief. During her investigations, she will be directed to Barley the Barber's lair, wherein she will find the Soggy Sack. She then brings the item to Alexander Saburov.
