Vlad the Younger's Notes is a quest item from Pathologic. It may be obtained during the Haruspex Route for the side quest "Below the Ground".
On Day 8, Vlad the Younger will ask the Haruspex to retrieve his book from the tunnels that was dropped when the well in his house was being filled. After finding Vlad the Younger's Notes, the Haruspex returns to Vlad Jr. and returns the book.
